Sour Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. canned cherries in heavy syrup (1 part water to 1 part sugar)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. instant clear jell
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Mix together brown sugar, clear jell, cinnamon and almond extract.
    Mix together with canned cherries and let set until pastry is prepared.
    Makes 1 (10-inch) pie.
