Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 c. mayonnaise
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 lb. box elbow macaroni
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots
    1/2 c. onions
Preparation
    Chop eggs, celery, carrots and onions.
    Mix all ingredients (except macaroni).
    Add to cooked macaroni.
    Tastes better if it sets overnight.
