Italian Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. zucchini (uncooked), chopped
    6 eggs, beaten slightly
    3/4 c. each: Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 c. pepperoni, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into a 9 x 15-inch greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
