Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks
    1 pinch of salt
    1 rind of lemon
    1 juice of lemon
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix well. Fold in 2 well-beaten egg whites and pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
