Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken, boned, skinned and cut in bite-size pieces
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten with dash of salt
    1 c. water and 1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. tapioca starch or cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    2 lemons, sliced
    fresh broccoli
    fresh cauliflower
Preparation
    Marinate chicken pieces in light soy sauce for 1/2 hour. Prepare batter with flour, baking powder, egg and 1 cup water. Dip chicken in mixture and deep fry at 400\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
