Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 lb. spaghetti noodles
    pinch of garlic powder
    pinch of Cajun seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken.
    Brown chicken on both sides in oil. Remove chicken and saute onion and celery until soft and golden. Add mushrooms and tomatoes.
    Bring to boil.
    Add seasoning and chicken.
    Simmer approximately 30 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain.
    Pour chicken and sauce over spaghetti.
    Yields 4 servings.
