Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can peaches
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    slices of bread
Preparation
    Drain part of juice off peaches.
    Pour into oblong pan.
    Cut crust off bread slices and then cut in half.
    Cover peaches with bread touching one slice to the other.
