Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can peaches
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
slices of bread
Preparation
-
Drain part of juice off peaches.
Pour into oblong pan.
Cut crust off bread slices and then cut in half.
Cover peaches with bread touching one slice to the other.
