Dilly Dip(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat or no fat sour cream
    1 small can tiny shrimp or crab pieces
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. mashed garlic
    1 Tbsp. pepper spice (any brand)
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes or onion salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Put sour cream in bowl; mix well with all other ingredients. Chill.
    Serve with crackers, chips, etc.
