Moon Cake(This Is Like A Huge Chocolate Eclair!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
    8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
    whipped cream or whipped topping
    chocolate sauce
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix water and margarine or butter.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add flour all at once and stir rapidly until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool a little while.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well with spoon or mixer.
    Spread on ungreased cookie sheet, 11 x 15-inch.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool. (It will look like the moon's surface; that's why it's called Moon Cake.)
    Don't prick.
    Leave cake as is.
    Mix pudding according to package directions.
    Beat in cream cheese.
    Blend well.
    Spread on crust; refrigerate 20 minutes.
    Top with whipped cream or whipped topping generously.
    Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
