Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. round steak
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
4 beef bouillon cubes
3 to 4 c. water
1/2 tsp. to 1 tsp. oil
Preparation

Remove all fat from meat and cut in steaks.
Tenderize meat with meat mallet.
Mix flour, onion salt, celery salt, pepper and garlic salt in small bowl.
Cover each piece of meat with flour mixture and brown in frying pan.
After browned, place beef cubes and water in pan (enough water to cover meat).
Cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook 45 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
