Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices firm white bread, crumbled
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, crumbled
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine bread and cheese. Beat eggs and add to milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour over bread and cheese.
    Bake in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole for 1 1/4 hours in a 325\u00b0 oven. Tastes best when made in advance and placed in oven 1 1/4 hours before serving.
