Super Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. potatoes, coarsely chopped
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes and onion in enough water to cover potatoes. Add salt.
    Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer until potatoes are just done.
    Do not drain.
    Add bouillon cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add milk and cheese.
    Continue to simmer until cheese is melted.
    Add pepper and remove from heat.
