Strawberry-Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. oats
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. cut rhubarb
    2 c. strawberries
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon; place half the crumb mixture in a 9-inch square pan.
    Add rhubarb and strawberries.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla; cook until thick and clear.
    Pour over rhubarb and strawberries.
    Cover with remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
