Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Borden condensed milk
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie shell (9-inch)
Preparation

Mix lemon juice with condensed milk.
Have cream cheese at room temperature.
Mix cheese with condensed milk to which lemon juice has been added.
Beat with mixer until smooth.
Add Cool Whip.
Fold into mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Blueberry or cherry pie filling can be added on top of pie.
