Chicken Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, slightly beaten
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 head (bunch) romaine lettuce, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 fresh lemon, squeezed into oil
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. croutons
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

Wash and dry lettuce.
Bread the chicken with egg and crumbs. Place in skillet and cook thoroughly.
Crush the cloves of garlic and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
When dressing is completely mixed, add the lettuce and toss with Parmesan cheese.
Top with sliced chicken and croutons.
