Vegetable Casserole Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes, cook with skin on
    3 slices bread, cubed
    1 large onion, cut up
    1 green pepper, cut up
    1 small jar pimento, cut up
    1/2 small box Velveeta, shredded
    1 c. butter, melted
    corn flake crumbs
    milk
Preparation
    Dice potatoes; add bread cubes, onion, pepper and pimentos. Toss together and season to taste.
    Add cheese.
    Put in large greased baking pan.
    Pour melted butter (or oleo) over top. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top.
    Pour milk around sides of pan until halfway up.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
