Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 head cauliflower
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and drained
    1 sweet onion
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer the first 4 ingredients.
    Tear lettuce and cauliflower into bite size pieces.
    Crumble bacon and chop onion.
    Mix next 3 ingredients for sauce and spread over top of salad.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Toss just before serving.
