Oven Fried Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 c. mayonnaise (can use low-fat)
6 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation

Spray a baking pan with Pam.
Put crumbs in shallow bowl. Spread each fillet thinly on both sides with mayonnaise, then press lightly in crumbs, coating evenly.
Add more crumbs, if needed.
Arrange in a single layer in pan.
Bake in a very hot oven (400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0) for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
