Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. blueberries
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Toss blueberries with 2 tablespoons flour.
    Set aside. Combine remaining flour with dry ingredients and set aside. Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth. Add butter and milk; stir just until moistened.
    Fill paper-lined muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from pans immediately.
