Tomato Basil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 oz. canned tomatoes (crushed style)
    2 c. heavy cream
    5 fresh basil leaves, large chopped
    1 garlic clove, diced or garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    This works great in a crock-pot. Either way, add all ingredients, except cream. Simmer and stir occasionally for about 1 hour. Add cream and serve.
