Charcoal Lamb Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 thick lamb chops
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Season chops with salt and pepper.
Then marinate in a mixture of the other ingredients for 4 hours or overnight.
Grill the drained chops for 6 to 8 minutes on each side for a medium rare (pink center).
