Sandi'S Cream Of Anything Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. each any six of your favorite frozen vegetables (potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, corn, green beans, etc.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can chicken broth
1 pt. water or milk (milk makes it thicker)
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
2 scallions, chopped
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Saute mushrooms and
scallions\tin butter.
Thaw frozen vegetables in large pan
over medium heat.\tAdd soups and milk or water.
Continue simmering\tuntil soup is well mixed and of uniform consistency.
Add mushrooms and scallions.
