Amy Ouellette'S Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients by hand.
    Place paper fillers in muffin tins; fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from oven.
    Immediately remove the paper fillers. In a small bowl melt 1/4 cup margarine.
    In a separate small bowl mix 1/2 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Dip warm muffin into melted margarine, then into the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
