Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced tart apples
1 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon or apple pie spice
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
1/3 c. butter, softened
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine apples, sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, salt and spice. Spread evenly in a fairly deep square baking pan or dish. Combine remaining ingredients and crumble over top of apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is browned.
