Pie Crust - 101(Makes 2) - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. cold butter
Preparation

Cut butter into dry ingredients until feels like corn meal. Add 1/4 to 1/2 ice water to mixture until a ball forms. Divide into 2 halves; chill. Roll out into 2 crusts.
