Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, partially frozen
1 c. low-sodium beef broth
3 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
2 packets Sweet One
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
2 red peppers, coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Slice steak diagonally across the grain into 1/8-inch thick pieces.
In small bowl, combine broth, soy sauce and Sweet One. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add half the beef; stir-fry 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove beef from skillet; repeat process with remaining oil and beef.
Remove beef from skillet.
