Crunchy Celery Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
5 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 to 3 green onions, sliced
Preparation

Heat butter, water and bouillon in saucepan.
Add celery and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in salt, sugar and flour, then tomato sauce, water and thyme.
Cook until hot.
