Carrots With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. carrots
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. water
    3 medium onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. water
    pinch of salt
    a little sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup water.
    Cut carrots in 1-inch strips and cook in bouillon for 10 minutes.
    Melt butter and cook onions in a large pan for 10 minutes.
    Mix flour and 3/4 cup water until smooth.
    Add to onion mixture.
    Add carrots, salt and sugar to taste; simmer for 10 minutes.
    A nice change from plain carrots!
