Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 strips lasagna
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    48 oz. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. leaf oregano
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Boil lasagna in 4 quarts rapidly boiling water to which salt and
    olive oil have been added to prevent sticking.
    Stir gently for
    10
    minutes.
    Drain
    and
    cool.
    Saute
    beef
    and sausage. Drain.
    To the spaghetti sauce add the garlic powder and oregano (some
    sauces
    can omit this).
    In a well-greased baking dish, spread a layer of the sauce, lasagna and cheese. Alternate until all are used.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cut in squares.
