Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 medium head cabbage
Preparation

Chop cabbage and place in large baking dish.
Saute onion, bell pepper and ground chuck.
Drain off fat and place on top of cabbage.
Pour can of tomato soup on top.
Rinse can with small amount of water; pour on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until cabbage is tender, but not mushy (approximately 30 minutes).
