Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cornflake or cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except soup.
    Roll mixture into small patties and then roll in flour. Brown on all sides in a skillet with small amount of oil. Place patties in a casserole dish and pour mushroom soup over patties. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
