Jalapeno Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 bell pepper
    1 small onion
    1 c. celery
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream-style corn
    1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook rice as usual.
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter until tender.
    Stir into rice and corn the cheese and chopped jalapeno peppers.
    Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
