Easy Fettucini(Very Delicious And Easy!!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fettucini, cooked al dente
    2 shallots, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    2 Tbsp. fresh chives
Preparation
    While your pasta is cooking, saute the shallots in butter for about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Now stir in the chicken broth.
    Boil gently for about 3 minutes.
    Remove from the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
    By this time the pasta should be ready to be drained.
    The last step is to add the drained pasta, sour cream, cheese and chives.
    Toss and heat through but don't boil.
    Go get a nice glass of wine and mangia!!
