Ingredients

14 oz. pkg. coconut
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla extract
5 large eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour and sugar mixed together.
Mix and add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg.
Add milk and pineapple and mix well.
Add vanilla and coconut and mix.
Makes four 9-inch pies in shallow pie dishes and two deep dish pies. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until pie is golden brown.
