Golden Peach Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. grated sharp American cheese
3 Tbsp. cold water
6 canned cling peach halves
cinnamon
Preparation

Mix flour with salt.
Cut in shortening until particles are size of small peas.
Add cheese; mix lightly with fork.
Add water to make stiff dough.
