Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 bottle red food coloring
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together. Add the oil, food coloring, buttermilk, vinegar and eggs.
    Mix.
    Bake in 3 layer pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
