Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    3 c. assorted fresh vegetables
    1/3 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
    12 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 1/4 lb. linguine or spaghetti, cooked and drained
    garnish with fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese and basil
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter and oil.
    Cut sausage into bite size pieces and saute until brown.
    Add vegetables and lightly toss. Cook until tender.
    Add the cream, chopped basil and the halved tomatoes; cook until the tomatoes are heated through.
    Serve over hot pasta.
    Garnish with chopped parsley, basil and Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 6 to 8.
