Broccoli Cheese Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 c.)
    chopped fresh parsley to garnish
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oleo, cook onion until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot. Garnish with parsley.
