Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 steaks, cooked to your taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (15 oz.) can spiced tomatoes
    1 c. cabbage, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, diced thin
    1 jalapeno pepper, diced thin
    1 clove garlic, diced thin
    1 small onion, diced thin
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a skillet melt butter. Add all the vegetables and salt and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. When your steaks are done, pour vegetables over the steaks and let cook on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with rice or baked potatoes.
