Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. creamed corn
1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients.
Fold in dry corn muffin mix.
Add melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
