Cinnamon Graham Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. cinnamon
    graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. raisins
    3/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine egg, buttermilk, cooking oil and vanilla.
    Stir in cracker crumbs and raisins.
    Set aside.
    Stir together remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture, stirring just until moistened.
    Fill greased or lined muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
    Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
