Shrimp Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 oz.) cans shrimp, drained and crushed
    1 tsp. minced onion
    juice of 1 lemon
    4 tsp. mayo
    1 stick butter (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt to taste
    parsley or watercress to garnish
Preparation
    Blend in mixture.
    Put in small bowl lined with plastic wrap. Chill.
    Unmold and garnish.
    Can serve with water biscuits.
