Poke Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool in pan 15 minutes, then poke with fork at 1/2-inch intervals. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add cold water and stir.
Pour over cake in pan.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Top with thawed Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
