Cracklin' Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced cracklings
1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sour milk
Preparation

Mix corn meal and flour.
Add milk.
Stir in cracklings.
Pour into greased iron skillet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
