Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (optional)
Preparation

Heat butter and sugar in a medium size saucepan until butter melts.
Stir in flour and blend well. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in cream. Add eggs and baking powder; mix well. Fold in onion, bell pepper, black pepper and corn.
Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
