Jean'S Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. your favorite pasta
    1 large can black olives
    5 to 7 dill pickles
    5 medium carrots
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1/2 head cauliflower
    2 stalks celery
    scallions (optional)
    5 large tomatoes
    1/2 c. Zesty Italian salad dressing
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook pasta al dente.
    Grate pickles and carrots.
    Cut cauliflower in small sections.
    Slice remaining vegetables. Marinate pasta overnight in salad dressing.
    Mix with rest of ingredients and mayonnaise.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add tomatoes, diced, just before serving to keep firm.
    Serve chilled. Serves 10.
