Texas Chili With Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried pinto beans
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3 lb. stew meat (chuck or round), cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    3 large onions, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 c. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    3 to 3 tsp. Tabasco
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can small pitted ripe olives
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Cook pinto beans.
    Sort, wash and cover with water.
    Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes.
    Let sit for one hour.
    Drain, put in fresh water and cook.
    Bring to boil and then simmer 2 hours until beans are done.
    Pressure cook beans for 35 minutes.
