Potato Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. instant potatoes
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Measure sugar, shortening, salt and instant potatoes into a large bowl.
    Add hot milk; stir to melt shortening.
    Beat in eggs and 1 cup flour.
    Mix in yeast and enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Shape into ball and sit in warm place for 1 hour.
    Knead on floured board and roll about 3/8-inch and make into desired shapes.
    Let rise again to desired heights.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
