Ranch Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans kidney beans or omit chili powder and use 2 cans chili beans
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. stewed tomatoes
2 c. whole kernel corn
Preparation

Brown beef and onion until lightly brown. Drain corn, beans and tomatoes and add the liquid to the meat. Cook until liquid is reduced in half. Add corn, beans, tomatoes, chili powder and salt. Mix and heat thoroughly. Stir occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
