Vegetable Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 2 oz. Jar Pimientos, drained
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Make ball and roll in sunflower seeds or chopped nuts.
    Serve with crackers.
